DANGER DO NOT BUY THIS STRollerOct 01, 2009
By Susan Robbins
"SusanR"
all the negative point the other review mentioned are true!! I bought this thinking I was getting a great deal on a stroller I plan to use for about one year. However --day one flat back tire. Day 3 other back tire flat --seems to be a tube design flaw. One month in my front wheel collapses --the stroller rolls over my baby girl --she walked away with out a scratch --but I'm not sure how but the grace of God. Customer Service never answered and I don't think they would have ever gotten back to me except the fact that I bought if from a pretty well know website (that would not take it back themselves suggesting to me there has been trouble with the model) and Tike Tech is crediting my money back.
Big dreams, small realitySep 26, 2010
By Heather I also bought this stroller fully excited to hit the pavement hard shortly after my son was old enough to stabilize his neck on his own. I did a lot of research prior to purchasing and had used some other products in the past and knew from them what I did not want in a jogger. The product description makes this jogger seem like a dream come true and it would be if it were made better. I love the ease of rolling when you walk very slowly and the adjustable handlebar is great. The tire size is great for trail or pavement running. I was drawn in by the weight limit too, it can be used for older children as well as small. I like all the pockets. I also like the seat, it is big and comfortable, my son loves to prop his feet up on the front bar of the stroller and chill while Mommy works out. The canopy should provide a bit more shade. The straps are hard to adjust and you really need a lot of patience to do that. The front wheel has been my nemesis. It is hard to make the swivel tire fold flat for trunk storage. I used it 2-3 times a week for 1 month when the front wheel started to chatter uncontrollably. I was so disturbed by it I had to stop running with him. Not only does it prevent you from running it is loud as all get out. I still use it to take him for walks, but running is out of the question. The tires are hard to pump up as well, not sure what is up with that. I wish, I wish, I wish that this thing was what I needed it to be.
bad strollerMay 06, 2010
By Uttara I have this stroller of two years already. There is only one good thing I can tell about this stroller; it is easy to push even there is a heavy child in it and it is full with groceries.
The bad parts are that first at all the stroller did not come with a pump and regular bike pump did not fit. I had to go to the bike shop to fill up the tires. Even now time to time I have to go to bike shop to inflate the tires. The underneath basket is smallish and difficult to access. You have to unsnap one side of the basket to put in bigger bag. After a half year use the front wheel start to shake when you go for fast walk. And when the front wheel is in fixed position the stroller start to pull to the right side. After fixing this problem couple months later the problem came back. Tips over easily, when my kids is trying to get in it. The seat is adjusted with one strap on each side, which takes time and patience. The buckles for straps are hard to open and close. It is bulky and heavy.

not a bad buyFeb 15, 2011
By alicia I chose to write this review in response to all the negative ones. My son and I used this stroller as a jogger (more than 40 miles a week, every week for a year and a half), we regularly used it on sandy beaches and up and down old, stone donkey paths, it traveled across the Atlantic with us 5 times on numerous cars, busses, boats, airline terminals. The thing never gave in. True, the lower basket is pretty much useless except for small, light items. The front wheel did from time to time "chatter" but it always corrected itself. As for the wheels, well, I ended up replacing all three tires over the course of the year and a half that we owned it. However, they had seen a lot of miles, so its to be expected. I did use a regular tire pump to reinflate. Had no problems with that. I didn't see the adjustment straps as a con. I didn't feel that they were difficult to manipulate. All things considered, this was a very good, reliable, true jogging stroller. It eventually broke at the plastic part where the handle connects to the stroller itself. It just snapped one day going down the old donkey path. Given that this thing had been tossed around like I'm sure it had over the trips back and forth overseas, by the bus drivers, in and out of the car so many times (we generally never went anywhere without it) I feel that it was awesome to get the use out of it that we did. Most importantly, had it not seen so much wear and tear, I'm certain this would have been the only stroller we would through the duration of my son's childhood. Now we have purchased another, different stroller. I decided to give the Joovy Zoom a try because it has the extended canopy and added rain shield as part of the purchase price. That is the one thing about the Tike Tech 360 I would have changed: too small a canopy. I hope the Joovy Zoom is as durable as this stroller and that we are as satisfied as we were with the Tike Tech. For the record, I only decided to purchase the Joovy Zoom to try something different. Its sometimes nice to change things up. All that said, this is NOT a bad stroller. Quite a good one for its price, purpose, and durability.
