AWESOME TOYMay 29, 2010 Bought this train for our 12 month old Grandaughter and WHAT A WONDERFUL PURCHASE IT WAS. She was to young to understand pushing the buttons but let me tell you. We ALL walked round and round and round for hours with her on it and what a happy baby she was. Now that she's nearly a year and a half, she is able to work the train herself and LOVES IT. Best purchase we've made for her so far. She should be able to use this train for years to come. We have our living room torn apart for it and HAVE since Christmas. WELL WORTH the chaos to see her happy little face when she sees it. I say GET ONE if you can swing the $.
Love this train!Nov 29, 2009 We bought this train for our nephew 4 years ago. With two boys in the house this train got it's fair share of use. Now we have a 9 month old boy of our own, and this was one hand-me-down he didnt mind getting from his cousins that are now too big to ride the train (ages 7 and 4). At only 9 months old he LOVES riding the train. He cries when we take him off of it. I just put the extension track on his Xmas wish list. He's not old enough to hold down the button to operate the train so we cheated and put a little piece of tape over the button - works like a charm! Of couse Mommy and Daddy are right there to supervise. LOVE this train and you will too.

A Happy DadOct 17, 2009 This is one of those purchases where you really don't know what you will truly get until you get it. To my suprised, it was easy to set up, my two year old loved it for his 2nd birthday party. Overall, it was a great purchase and easily much cheaper than The actual Thomas the Tank Engine set and just as much fun according to my son. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who, like me, has a child who is in loved with trains and anything related to trains or choo choo train as he would say.

A lot of funDec 21, 2008 This toy is a lot of fun.
The assembly was easy even though the instructions were not always clear. The battery needs to be charged for 16 hours before usage. The train as well as the tracks are all plastic but seems durable.
Baby figured out the buttons easily and is loving her ride.

Perfect gift for 2 year old...Dec 19, 2008 We bought this train for my son's second birthday. We had a party with 10 kids there and they all loved taking turns on the train. My son rides it everyday and likes to pretend he's "fixing" it with his tools. I though it was easy to assemble and we haven't had any problems with the battery staying charged.
