Very good stroller but one big problemJan 13, 2010 I purchased this for my son who was 8 months at the time. I am a mom of 3. I have twins and have lots of stroller knowlege. I think I have had most of the popular brands. I have had mountain buggy before this and loved it but wanted more cushion and plushness. This is a great stroller with many great features. It will last from birth till your done needing a stroller, that is for sure. The one problem I had with this stroller is that not only is the rear wheel base too wide but they put these hub caps on it that stick out and they get stuck everywhere. When going through doors they tend to get stuck. The wheels stick out too far from the frame and it is combersome. Wondering why they designed it this way, other joggers in the same class don't have hub caps like this and their wheels are closer to the frame? Otherwise, it is great. Just wish I could fix that problem somehow cause it is comfortable for my son and I love the sun protection.

Awesome strollerNov 02, 2009 After a lot of online research it came down to the City Elite and the BOB Revolution. Both have great online reviews and they seem to be comparable. When I got into the store and was able to compare them side by side, I wouldn't say they were comparable at all. The City Elite wins hands down! Ease of use, manuverability, build quality, you name it...I cannot see how anyone would purchase the BOB ahead of this stroller if they have the chance to test them both in person.
The City Elite is built very well and definitely makes taking your baby out as convenient as possible. It does take up space though, so if you're driving anything other than a minivan or SUV you probably won't be able to fit much else in the trunk. So far my wife and I love it.
**UPDATE: After a lot of use in the past few weeks, the City Elite has continued to impress. I did bust an inner tube by pumping it up too much, so probably best to get a few spare ones (you can pick them up for under $5 at Walmart)

Great jogger for the priceSep 10, 2009 We originally bought a basic travel system with a regular stroller and infant seat. We quickly found out that the basic strollers are good for indoors and some pavement. We began searching for a jogging stroller that could be used for outdoors. We decided on this stroller and are very happy with it. We walk a great deal on rocks and sand and this stroller does well on both terrains. It has a great canopy that is covers the baby and makes it easy to walk even in the rain. Most openings are magnet instead of velcro and won't wake the baby when opening. The stroller is advertised for babies 6 months of age and older. We used a snuggly for the head and sides and used it when our baby was 3 months old. We bought the infant carrier attachment but our baby would rather ride looking forward. Our baby loves riding and we often take walks for 1 hour or longer. The stroller tires seems to give a smoother ride when the air is low (40lbs) particularly on rocky ground.
Overall, a great purchase for the money.

Great stroller, ok for joggingSep 08, 2009 I have been using this stroller 3-5 times a week for 6 months. I love it but it falls short as a jogger (I am aware that the manufacturer says it is not supposed to be a jogging stroller). If you are looking for an all-purpose, off and on-road walking stroller - this is it! It is great at the zoo, park, beach, etc. It is also great at the mall, schools, and indoor areas. I agree with the other review that it has great sun coverage. My favorite part is the easy one-step fold. BUT It is not a great jogger. I take it to my stroller strides class and jog with it anyway and notice that it is really light...too light perhaps.. feels like it will tip when I run too fast and make a turn. I just wish that they made this stroller a little bit sturdier so that it was technically a jogger - then I'd give it 5 stars. You can make do with it as a jogger (like I do) a few times a week. But if you really have your heart set on running/jogging, this probably shouldn't be your first choice. However, if you want an AWESOME stroller for walking, and plan to just jog a little with it, it gets an A++++

Great StrollerJun 28, 2009 We bought this stroller after much deliberation. The one thing that sold us on it compared to Bugaboo, BOB, Phil&Ted (didn't they have a great adventure...) etc. was the one-handed fold. Both my wife and I can fold it or unfold it truly one handed, in 1-2 seconds, holding our 21 pound baby on the hip. Nothing else that we found can beat it.
The ride is comfortable and the sun protection excellent. We particularly like the clear peek-holes in the top of the sun shade (that can be covered) allowing us to keep an eye on him while he is covered. It is comfortable to walk with and does well on city terrain (Boston streets) and in the grass and gravel trails.
The package insert says not to jog with it... which seems a bit dumb for a stroller from baby jogger... but for walking and city and light off sidewalk use this is the best stroller on the market IMHO.
